Silent assassin of any threat ..
For now best software of this type that is easy to configure ( even to beginners ) and it's config. level of detail is great considering this is Free for all software. Been using some of try n' buy software and they've been wastly dwarfed by this one. Also if you want, you can set it in almost compl. silent mode ( only security breaches and larger threats will ask you what to do ) bu I usually set it in casual manual setting where I easily balance/understand threat vs. legitimate site ( source ). Try it I'm almost positive you'll pop up on it's manufacturer site for new versions :)

Great Powerful And Customizable Free Firewall [Updated Review].
I have updated my Firewall ratings to include 3 factors which are Security, Simplicity and Customizability. This I believe will help users find the perfect firewall for them rather than just go by what's most secure.Privatefirewall used to be a paid firewall that just recently became free. It's become a rather secure firewall that's pretty customizable. It not only works like a normal Firewall but also allows you to set it in training mode for a certain period of time.The downside to Privatefirewall is it's not as simple to use as there is no permanent training mode and it's got a good number of pop-ups when not in training mode. Overall if you want a Firewall that's powerful and customizable plus is more resource friendly than Comodo Internet Security then give Privatefirewall a try. Just be ready for the pop-ups and know there is no permanent training mode.

Best Free Firewall For Windows 7 x64.
Privatefirewall is the only current free firewall that doesn't conflict with Windows 7 x64. Yes Privatefirewall is now free. With an 88% score it is the 5th best free firewall and the only one that doesn't conflict with Windows 7 x64.If you use Vista or XP you have a better choice such as Comodo Internet Security, Outpost Free, PC Tools Firewall Pro and Online Armor Free. But All of those conflict with Windows 7 x64 in one way or another.

Very good firewall, works great and has many options for being so small in size 3.3 mgI have used almost ALL free firewalls comodo , online, outback. This one works and has a great leak test , better then zone alarm. Pros:
